Using the waffle maker

how to use our biscuits

We recommend that the FIRST TIME YOU SWITCH ON AFTER PURCHASE that you delicately brush the plates before heating them and to throw away the first wafers produced to eliminate any residual from the production.

1 Place the CBE waffle maker on a flat surface, possibly protected by a cloth.
Plug the power cord into the socket and ensure that it is earthed. Wait about 10 minutes until it reaches working temperature and open the waffle maker using the wooden handles.

2 With a cloth or a silicon kitchen brush spread a thin layer of olive oil on the mould so that you will be able to remove the biscuits easily. This operation must be done only after heating the plate and once only.

3 Insert the dough with a spoon and close it again using the wooden handles.

4 When cooked (about 20/40 seconds according to the type of sweet prepared) open the waffle maker.
Take out the biscuit with a spatula or a fork.

*** At the end of use, remove the plug and wait for the internal surface to cool completely, delicately clean any residue from the food and/or oil and put it away after placing a sheet of absorbent paper between the plates. ***
